Training Contracts (LPC Route)

For candidates who have completed (or are completing) the Legal Practice Course (LPC), we offer the traditional two-year training contract route to qualification as a solicitor.

Our training contracts provide:

  • Structured seats across key practice areas
  • Close supervision from experienced solicitors and partners
  • Regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Exposure to high-quality client work from the outset

Trainees gain a broad foundation of legal experience while developing the technical skills and professional confidence required to qualify as a solicitor. Successful trainees may be offered a permanent role on qualification, subject to business need and performance.

During the Training Contract you will also be required to complete the Professional Skills Course (PSC). As a firm we encourage you to choose the electives that you are interested in and you can chose a course provider and model (online/in-person) that suits you. Once a candidate has completed their two year training, passed their PSC and met the suitability requirements set by the SRA, they can then apply to become a solicitor, a process known as “being admitted to the Roll.”
