About me
I was born in Histon, near Cambridge. My parents moved to Ely when I was 7 where I lived until moving to King’s Lynn in 1994.
I live in North Wootton with my wife, Amber, who has lived in and around King’s Lynn all her life.
I have served as Chair of Governors at South Wootton Junior School, which my children Kate and Owen attended, for 2 separate periods.
I have always been a keen sportsman, representing Cambridgeshire at football and cricket in my younger years. My sporting interest now is limited to golf at King’s Lynn Golf Club and watching West Norfolk Rugby Club.
Amber and I are keen travellers having visited Botswana (for safari), India, Nepal, China, Uganda and Rwanda (Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking), the Maldives, Sri Lanka, the West Indies, Mexico, America and several European cities in recent years.
