I was born in Suffolk and grew up in the Norfolk area and I have lived in the surrounding Norfolk area ever since. When I am not working, I enjoy travelling and seeing the natural wonders of the world. I love going to the gym, swimming, cooking, and socialising with friends and family.

My Work History & Experience

I have worked in Commercial Property for 4 years with a regional law firm based in East Anglia and prior to that I was working in Residential Property.

I am currently studying part time and working towards my Undergraduate LLB Law degree, after I have completed my degree I hope to take the Solicitor apprenticeship route to qualify as a Solicitor.

I joined Ward Gethin Archer in August 2024 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department in the Dereham office.

What I Can Do For You

I can assist clients with their portfolios and commercial property across the industrial, logistics, office and retail sectors in England and Wales. I can assist with day-to-day asset management work including the granting of new leases and/or lease renewals, lease surrenders, licences to assign, licences for alterations, deed of variations, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 formalities and any other aspects of landlord and tenant matters. I also deal with commercial property sales and purchases.

I take a proactive, positive, and forward-thinking approach to achieve the desired outcome that my clients expect. I also aim to give the best quality service in all matters I undertake for our clients.
