I grew up in King’s Lynn and since finishing my University and College training to become a solicitor, have always lived and worked in King’s Lynn.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing the bassoon and piano (albeit not at the same time).
I studied Law at Leicester University and then did my postgraduate study at the College of Law in York.
I joined Ward Gethin Archer as a trainee solicitor in 1994,qualifying in 1996. I became a partner of the firm in 2001.
Since 1996 I have specialised in Personal Injury law.
I became a Notary Public in 2003.
I am a Solicitor and Director in the Personal Injury Team. I am also responsible for client care, complaints and compliance issues within the firm.
I specialise in industrial injury cases including asbestos exposure, occupational asthma and accidents at work generally. I also advise on claims involving medical negligence, road traffic accidents, accidents abroad and occupier's liability claims.
I am a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel Accreditation Scheme.
I enjoy helping people, providing support through what is often a difficult time for them and assisting with getting the best possible outcome for them.
I help claimants who have been injured in accidents through no fault of their own.
I also help clients who need notarisation of foreign documents which can include Powers of Attorney to buy/sell property, certification of documents for working abroad and finalisation of documentation for marriages abroad.
I get results by working in a personable, efficient and effective manner, always seeking to give the best service possible to my clients.
