We remain open for business and are welcoming new clients to the firm.
As a firm we have considered the Government’s decision to remove COVID-19 restrictions on 19th July. We, however, remain concerned at the high number of local cases and the risk of infection and health issues to our staff and vulnerable clients.
Our decision, therefore, at this time is to continue with our COVID-19 restrictions. This means that any face-to-face meetings will be by appointment only, that our front doors will remain closed, and that communication will continue by telephone, email and video conferencing where appropriate.
We hope that taking these measures will keep our staff and clients safe. We will review our policy as positive case numbers decline.
However, we are following Government advice and asking both our clients and staff to work and communicate remotely wherever possible.
Most of our Lawyers therefore are working from home but will continue to be in full contact with you via telephone or email.
We are also able to offer meetings for you with our Lawyers via Microsoft Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp. Some of these methods may be new to you but we have in-house IT specialists that can help you with how to use these systems when contacting us.
We are also installing safety measures in our offices to make face to face meetings possible when this is absolutely necessary.
We are committed to maintaining business as usual and to providing the best service possible. By taking the above protective measures we can ensure that public health is protected and that your matter can be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Finally, we would like to send our best wishes in this challenging time.
